How to collect your Loyalty Points Rewards:
If your card says “Congrats! You won 50 Loyalty Points”, you are eligible to offset it from your next Herbal Pharm purchase.
To redeem Loyalty Points, present your original Scratch-and-Win card to our retail outlets at 8 Race Course Lane or 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-18. Alternatively, you may also call our hotline to redeem the loyalty points with our sales rep.

Can I make multiple entries?
Absolutely! For every $130 spent on Herbal Pharm’s official channels, you receive one Scratch-and-Win card. Collect more cards for a greater chance to win!
What happens if I lose or damage my card?
As per the Terms & Conditions below, lost and/or damaged cards are not eligible for redemption since we cannot verify that you are the true winner of the reward.
What happens to my Scratch-and-Win card if I make a refund of my purchase?
If you request a refund for the purchase that earned you a Scratch-and-Win card, both the issued card and any eligible prizes, such as products or loyalty points, will be withdrawn.
Can I exchange my product prize to a different product or the cash equivalent?
Prizes are not eligible for exchange or refund. Product rewards are subject to stock levels and may be exchanged to a product of equal or higher value in case of low stock.
