From today until 7th May 2023, all customers who purchase on the Herbal Pharm website, App, or via hotline and retail outlets, have a chance to receive the “Hari Raya Draw” card,offering participants more than $30,000 worth of prizes including Loyalty Points & Lucky Draw prizes.
Herbal Pharm is very happy to collaborate with leading furniture brand Cellini for the Hari Raya Draw. Cellini is a home-grown designer furniture brand that designs and curates inspiration for all modern homes. How to collect you Loyalty Points

● Call our hotline staff and quote the number on your winning HRD card for them to credit 200 additional points into your account.
● The 200 Loyalty Points have a 6 month validity from the date that they were credited into your account.

Lucky Draw winner announcement

What is the prize redemption period?
Customers may redeem their Loyalty Points and Lucky Draw prizes from 23 May 2023 up until 7 June 2023.
Who is eligible to participate in the HRD promotion?
All customers who purchase through the official Herbal Pharm channels and are 18 years old and above are eligible to participate.
What are considered “official channels”?
Official channels include: https://www.herbalpharm.com.sg/, the Herbal Pharm Mobile App, our two retail outlets at 8 Race Course Lane or 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-18, and orders placed via phone call to our hotline numbers.
All other channels which are not listed above are not eligible to receive the HRD card.
How does the automatic entry work? How do I ensure that my card was entered into the lucky draw?
All Herbal Pharm HRD cards include a tear-out component for internal use (refer to image below). The tear-out component of the HRD card will be dropped into the Lucky Draw box when your order is being packaged. This way we ensure fair participation for our customers who can’t come down to our retail shops, and also minimise the chances that a card will be lost or misplaced before being put into the Lucky Draw box.
What do you mean by “multiple entries per customer allowed”?
Customers will receive a HRD card for every $130 spent on Herbal Pharm official channels. They can receive 2 HRD cards for $20 spent, 3 HRD cards for $390 spent, and so on. There is no limit to how many HRD cards one customer can collect. The more cards you collect, the greater the chance of winning the Grand Prize!
Will I still be eligible to win the Lucky Draw if my card won the Loyalty Points?
Yes, all HRD cards are automatically entered into the Lucky Draw.
How will the winner be drawn?
All winners of the Lucky Draw will be drawn on a random basis.
How do you track the winners?
The invoice number will be indicated on every HRD card that goes into the Lucky Draw box. We will retrieve the customer details based on the invoice number. To verify the identity of the winner, we will check the matching serial number on their HRD card.
What happens if I lose or damage my card?
As per the Terms & Conditions below, lost and/or damaged cards are not eligible for redemption since we cannot verify that you are the true winner of the lucky draw. As such, please make sure to store your HRD cards in a safe location up until the date of the Lucky Draw in May 2023.
What happens to my HRD card if I make a refund of my purchase?
The HRD card issued and all eligible prizes (including Loyalty Points and Lucky Draw chance) will be withdrawn if you refund on the purchase that earned the HRD card.
Can I exchange my Grand prize or Gold prize to a different product or the cash equivalent?
Grand prizes and Gold prizes are not eligible for exchange or refund.
How do I claim my Grand prize or Gold prize from Cellini?
Our customer support staff will guide the winners of the Grand and Gold prizes through the collection process.
Do my Loyalty Points ever expire?
Yes - Loyalty Points are valid for six months from the date when they were earned.
What happens to my Loyalty Points when I refund/cancel the order?
As our supplements are consumable goods, Herbal Pharm practises a no refund policy. If you changed your mind within 3 business days of purchase and have not opened your product, you can visit our retail stores and exchange for a different Herbal Pharm product. The Loyalty Points you earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account. We will not return or reissue to you any rewards you used to purchase merchandise, or restore points to your program account.
What happens to my Loyalty Points if I need to reschedule my order?
In the event that you had confirmed your order (and points had been credited to you) but you need to reschedule it, the original points that were credited will be deducted from your account. The same amount of points will be credited again once the new delivery is successfully completed.
What can I spend my Cash Back Rewards on?
You can spend your Loyalty Points on any purchase you make via Herbal Pharm official channels. Cash Back Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.
If I already have a Herbal Pharm account, do I need to sign up again to enjoy the Loyalty Points program?
If you have a Herbal Pharm account, you are automatically entered into our Loyalty Program and can start earning points from your purchase! Just make sure you are logged into your account before you check out.
If I don’t have a Herbal Pharm account, how do I sign up/join the Loyalty Points program?
Signing up for our Loyalty Program is free and easy! Click on the Register link at the top right corner of our website and sign up for an account. You can start earning points by logging in and checking out your orders.

Customers will receive one Hari Raya Draw (HRD) card for every $130.00 spent on official Herbal Pharm channels.
Herbal Pharm HRD cards will be issued only up until 7th May2023.
Each HRD card is automatically entered to win the Grand Prize (worth more than $8,900) and other prizes (totaling more than $34,000) during the redemption period.
Each HRD card equals one entry in the lucky draw. Multiple entries per customer allowed. Lucky draw will be conducted in May 2023. More details will be announced at a later date on our website.
HRD cards are not transferable between customers. HRD cards without Loyalty Points prizes are not exchangeable for cash or refunds unless stated otherwise.
Loyalty Points cards: Customers may contact our customer service hotline or their respective sales staff to have the loyalty points credited to their account. Loyalty points have a validity of 6 months from the date of credit. Loyalty Points rewards are not transferable between customers and no partial redemptions are available. Points accumulated by the Member shall expire in the event the Member does not earn any points within the timeframe stipulated by Herbal Pharm Pte Ltd. In such an event, the accumulated Points shall be automatically forfeited at the absolute discretion of Herbal Pharm Pte Ltd and without notice to the Member. Forfeited Points cannot be reinstated.

You must use your Points earned to redeem for cashback during their applicable validity period. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of any unused Points.
