Singapore, 1st June 2023 - To celebrate their 19th Anniversary, Herbal Pharm is launching their newest promotional campaign “19th Anniversary Peel & Win”. From today until 13th August 2023, all customers who purchase on the Herbal Pharm website, App, or via hotline and retail outlets, have a chance to receive the “19th Anniversary Peel & Win” card,offering participants more than $19,000 worth of prizes including free products and cash prizes.
How to participate:
● For every $130 spent on official Herbal Pharm channels, receive one Peel & Win card. Promotion ends on 13th August 2023.
● Peel the card open to reveal your award inside. Winning cards will contain the words “Congratulations! You win [reward].”
How to collect your rewards
● If your card says “Congratulations! You won [Product photo]”, you are eligible to claim 1x packet/can of the Herbal Pharm product displayed.
● To redeem your product, present your original Peel & Win card to our retail outlets at 8 Race Course Lane or 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-18.
● To add the product to your next purchase, visit our retail outlets above, or follow the instructions of our customer service staff when placing your next order via our hotline.
How to collect you Cash Rewards
● If your card says “Congrats! You won $xx cash”, you are eligible to either redeem the cash amount stated or offset it from your next Herbal Pharm purchase.
● To redeem cash, present your original Peel & Win card to our retail outlets at 8 Race Course Lane or 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-18.
● To offset amount from your next purchase, visit our retail outlets above, or follow the instructions of our customer service staff when placing your next order via our hotline.

What is the campaign period?

What is the prize redemption period?
Customers may redeem their prizes from June 1st 2023 up until 31 August 2023.
Who is eligible to participate in the Peel & Win promotion?
All customers who purchase through the official Herbal Pharm channels and are 18 years old and above are eligible to participate.
What are considered “official channels”?
Official channels include: https://www.herbalpharm.com.sg/, the Herbal Pharm Mobile App, our two retail outlets at 8 Race Course Lane or 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-18, and orders placed via phone call to our hotline numbers.
All other channels which are not listed above are not eligible to receive the Peel & Win card.
What do you mean by “multiple entries per customer allowed”?
Customers will receive a Peel & Win card for every $130 spent on Herbal Pharm official channels. They can receive 2 Peel & Win cards for $260 spent, 3 Peel & Win cards for $390 spent, and so on. There is no limit to how many Peel & Win cards one customer can collect. The more cards you collect, the greater the chance of winning!
What happens if I lose or damage my card?
As per the Terms & Conditions below, lost and/or damaged cards are not eligible for redemption since we cannot verify that you are the true winner of the reward.
What happens to my Peel & Win card if I make a refund of my purchase?
The Peel & Win card issued and all eligible prizes (including products and cash prizes) will be withdrawn if you refund on the purchase that earned the Peel & Win card.
Can I exchange my product prize to a different product or the cash equivalent?
Prizes are not eligible for exchange or refund. Product rewards are subject to stock levels and may be exchanged to a product of equal or higher value in case of low stock.

Terms & Conditions:
Customers will receive one 19th Anniversary Peel & Win (Peel & Win) card for every $130.00 spent on official Herbal Pharm channels.
Herbal Pharm Peel & Win cards will be issued only up until 13th August 2023.
Peel & Win cards are not transferable between customers. Peel & Win cards without cash or product prizes are not exchangeable for cash or refunds unless stated otherwise.
Cash reward cards: customers can either redeem the amount stated on their card in cash, or be allowed to offset the amount stated on their card from their next Herbal Pharm purchase. If the overall invoice value exceeds the amount stated on their card, the customer must pay off the remaining value. No partial redemptions available - if invoice value is less than the amount stated on their card, the remaining amount will be forfeited. Customers can either redeem cash OR product; no dual redemptions available. Cash Rewards redemption valid until 31st August 2023. Any unredeemed cash prizes will be forfeited.
Product reward cards: Customers may redeem the products they won during their subsequent Herbal Pharm purchase. Delivery charges will apply if invoice value is lower than the minimum amount for free delivery. Prizes are not eligible for exchange or refund. Product rewards are subject to stock levels and may be exchanged to a product of equal or higher value in case of low stock.
The original Peel & Win card must be presented upon redemption at our retail outlets or via phone call. No redemption available via website, marketplace, mobile app or any third-party retail store orders.

Herbal Pharm Pte Ltd is not responsible if a card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. Damaged, defaced, lost or torn cards will not be considered valid for reward collection.
