Terms & Conditions: Loyalty Points Program
1. Eligibility:
- To participate in the Loyalty Points Program, customers must be registered member and adhere to the terms outlined herein.
2. Earning Points:
- Customers earn 1 point for $50 and above spent in a single transaction.
- Points are earned based on the total amount spent after discounts and taxes.
- The total number of points earned is equivalent to 1% of the total amount spent in qualifying transactions.
3. Point Redemption:
- Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases
- Redemption options may vary and are subject to change at the discretion of Herbal Pharm.
4. Point Expiry:
- Loyalty points are valid for 1 year from the date of acquisition.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
5. Point Calculation:
- Points are calculated based on the total amount spent in a single transaction.
- Fractions of points will not be awarded; points will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
6. Non-Transferable:
- Loyalty points are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
7. Abuse:
- Any abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the Loyalty Points Program may result in the forfeiture of accrued points and termination of membership.
8. Modification and Termination:
- Herbal Pharm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of termination, any unused points will be forfeited.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
- Participation in the Loyalty Points Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

What is Herbal Pharm Loyalty Points?
Herbal Pharm Loyalty Points is an easy and fast way to earn rewards just for shopping at Herbal Pharm. Every time you make a purchase in our stores, online, or by calling our hotline number, you’ll earn 1% of your order value as Loyalty Points that you can use to redeem a discount.
How do I earn Loyalty Points points?
You can earn Loyalty Points simply by purchasing your favourite products from Herbal Pharm!
a. 1% of your final invoice amount (Min. $50) will be converted to points. Points will be rounded to the nearest whole number.
Where do I earn Loyalty Points?
You can earn Loyalty Points by purchasing on the official Herbal Pharm channels, which include:

- The official Herbal Pharm app
- In our two retail outlets, 8A Race Course Lane and 1008 Toa Payoh North #01-01
- By calling our hotline number
What does it mean that points are rounded to the nearest whole number?
Points will be credited based on the nearest whole number. That means that points ending up in 0.50 and above will be rounded up to the next number. Points ending in 0.49 and below will be rounded down to the previous whole number. For example, 6.50 points will be rounded up to 7; but 6.49 points will be rounded down to 6.
Why do my points say “Pending” even though I completed payment?
Once your order is delivered, your point status will change from “Pending” to “Earned”. Please note that it may take up to 3 working days for the point status to change after you have received your items.
How do I check my points balance?
Checking your point balance is quick and easy! You'll need to be logged in to view your points. Once you do, you can check your point balance in your profile page or on the website header on our website or app.
How do I check my points accumulation and redemption history?
- Log into your Herbal Pharm account
- Click on your profile at the top right corner
- Go to Loyalty Program to view your points and points history
Will I continue to earn points or accumulate spend if I use a promo code or a bundle deal?
Yes, you will still earn Loyalty Points while enjoying our discounts and bundle prices. Please note that points will only be credited for the final invoice amount after all discounts have been applied.
Will I continue to earn points if I use my existing Loyalty Points to offset my final purchase amount?
Yes, you will still earn new Loyalty Points even when you redeem using your existing Loyalty Points. Please note that points will only be credited for the final invoice amount after all discounts have been applied.
Do my Loyalty Points ever expire?
Yes - Loyalty Points are valid for 1 year from the date when they were earned.
What happens to my Loyalty Points when I refund/cancel the order?
As our supplements are consumable goods, Herbal Pharm practises a no refund policy. If you changed your mind within 3 business days of purchase and have not opened your product, you can visit our retail stores and exchange for a different Herbal Pharm product. The Loyalty Points you earned from the original purchase will be deducted from your account. We will not return or reissue to you any rewards you used to purchase merchandise, or restore points to your program account.
What happens to my Loyalty Points if I need to reschedule my order?
In the event that you had confirmed your order (and points had been credited to you) but you need to reschedule it, the original points that were credited will be deducted from your account. The same amount of points will be credited again once the new delivery is successfully completed.
If I already have a Herbal Pharm account, do I need to sign up again to enjoy the Loyalty Points program?
If you have a Herbal Pharm account, you are automatically entered into our Loyalty Program and can start earning points from your purchase! Just make sure you are logged into your account before you check out.
If I don’t have a Herbal Pharm account, how do I sign up/join the Loyalty Points program?
Signing up for our Loyalty Program is free and easy! Click on the Register link at the top right corner of our website and sign up for an account. You can start earning points by logging in and checking out your orders.
Can I earn Loyalty Points for my past purchases?
No, past purchases are not eligible to receive Loyalty Points.
I checked out as a guest without being signed in. Can I still credit the Loyalty Points to my account?
You need to be signed in to your account to earn Loyalty Points. Therefore, you will not earn loyalty points on that transaction, so always remember to log in to your account!
