DELIVERY POLICY
Herbal Pharm applies a flat delivery rate of $5 for all orders below $40 islandwide.
Orders of $40 and above can enjoy free delivery within Singapore.
Important Information

Herbal Pharm is not responsible for any delay in shipment due to: incorrect shipping address or phone number input by the customer, unpredictable weather disruptions (such as rain or thunderstorm), or delivery driver not being able to reach the customer.

Customers who are not home and have requested for delivery can opt to have our driver leave their parcel in a safe place and send them a picture via WhatsApp.

Customers must communicate that they agree to this option when placing the order with the respective sales representative, or when communicating with the driver.

Herbal Pharm is not responsible for any damaged or lost items after the parcel has been left and photo proof has been sent to the customer.
Delivery Schedule:

For orders placed by 12PM, you can receive your products on the same day between 1-5PM.

For orders placed by 4.30PM, you can receive your products on the same day between 6.30-10PM.

Orders placed after 4.30PM will be delivered on the following working day.

Saturdays & eve of PH deliveries are between 1PM and 5PM.

No delivery on Sundays & PH.
Specific Delivery Timings:

Specific delivery timings must be arranged by the customer through Grab or LaLaMove only. Herbal Pharm is not able to provide exact timings for delivery.

All Grab and LaLaMove deliveries are not eligible for “cash on delivery” and must be paid in full through credit/debit card or bank transfer before delivering.

Herbal Pharm bears no responsibility for any delays, mistakes, damaged or lost items that occur during Grab or LaLaMove’s services.
Cash On Delivery:

Our delivery drivers can accept cash on delivery. Please prepare exact change.

Our drivers are not required to carry with them change for bills larger than $50. Please communicate prior to delivery if you would need change of $50 or higher.

In accordance with Section 13(4) of the Currency Act, Herbal Pharm announced that our drivers cannot accept more than $5 in coin form as payment in a single transaction. Any amount equal to or higher than $5 must be in paper bills.

Under the Currency Act (Cap. 69) (CA) , all coin denominations can be used by a customer to make payment, up to a limit of 20 coins per denomination for each transaction. For more information, visit the MAS website.

No debit/credit cards or PayLah/PayNow/QR code payment is accepted during delivery.
